Last night was my most successful competition at the North Shore Camera Club. I won 3 Awards and 1 Honorable Mention. I was so pleased. The Awards were for the Great-spotted Woodpecker and Silver Spider shown.The last Award was for this close up of a Great Grey Owl from Sweden which was my most exciting moment in photography, being so close to a bird I had always dreamt of seeing in the wild. The Honorable Mention was for a Howler Monkey image that I took in Costa Rica that I call 'Lunch on the Go'.
